1. Definition of Spam

Mailwon defines spam as any electronic mail message transmitted to a recipient who has not explicitly granted verifiable permission to receive it. We align our definitions with the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR regulations.

2. Sender Requirements

RFC 8058 Compliance

Every marketing or non-transactional email must include a One-Click Unsubscribe header.

Identity Verification

All sending domains must have valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records before transmission.

Postal Address

A valid physical postal address of the sender must be clearly visible in every email footer.

3. Automated Reputation Guard

Our platform is directly integrated with **AWS SES Feedback Loops (FBL)**. We automatically process:

Hard Bounce LimitMax 5.0%

Accounts exceeding these global benchmarks are subject to immediate suspension to protect our network reputation.
